A former collegiate athlete, Tania earned a full athletic scholarship to play on the Florida Atlantic University Women's Tennis Team, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade, followed by a Master's degree in International Business. That athletic background shaped the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset she brings to every transaction.
Outside of real estate, Tania is a proud mom to her 10-year-old daughter. She enjoys racket sports, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with her family. A proud Puerto Rican, she is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is passionate about using her knowledge to serve the San Diego community — especially the Hispanic community.
